The house is similar to our house and many of the features listed match our home as well as the basic stuff (3 bedrooms 2.5 baths). I think our backyard might be just a little larger.

UPDATED 11/02/06. A sales pending sign went up today. It took less then two weeks to sell while the other homes of 2006, #4 and #5 are still on the market.
UPDATED 12/16/06. Final sales price was in this mornings newspaper.
