This house was never really listed as "FOR SALE". It never had a for sale sign
out front. It has had a lock box for realtor use out front for a few months.
The people who were living in the house moved away during the dark of night....
On 03/07/09 the what sold for how much section of the paper had a listing that this home had sold for $568,500.00.
Later that same week we received a flyer in the mail highlighting the last 6 months of activity in the area.
