The guy who lived in this home passed away a few months ago. A couple weeks ago the family removed everything from the house and cleaned. It is sitting empty. So far no for sale sign has been put up. But, a lock box for the key has reported for duty. It looks like it should be coming on the market soon????
UPDATED 7/25/09 The for sale sign finally went up. No price or flyers yet.
UPDATED 7/31/09 The asking price is $485,000.00 according to
the flyer.
