The house is simular to House #3, 2005 and went up for sale on 5/16/06. Word on the street was the asking price would be $629K. The street was wrong. The asking price is a whopping $660K. It looks like $660K was not that far out of line. The final sales price was $670K. $10,000.00 over the asking price.
